Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel is located on Claymore Road in a prestigious residential enclave, just a stone throw’s away from Orchard Road, Singapore’s top entertainment and shopping belt. The Hotel is opposite to the distinctly upmarket Palais Renaiisance, which is well known for its designer threads, and close to some of the biggest shopping centres such as Forum The shopping Mall, Tanglin Shopping Centre, Shaw House and DFS Galleria Scottswalk. Ymint -Sydney, Australia: I travelled here with colleagues on a business trip and took my teenage daughter with me. We were a bit confused at first as the check in desks were different to the regular check in counter in other hotels, but it was a nice way to check in. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the location was good as soon as we'd worked out the short-cut to Scotts road. The buffet breakfast was very nice and catered to a wide range of tastes. All in all this was a charming hotel and a nice location. I would definitely like to stay again. This was my daughter's first trip to Asia and she enjoyed staying at the hotel too.
Bcroyal-England:We stayed here after 3 weeks of travelling and it was bliss. We were greeted with smiles and a "can do attitude" We booked a Pacific Club room which was well worth the cost, the rooms were plush with the bed being very comfortable, the bathroom was absolutely huge and we had use of a private lounge for breakfast etc. The only downside was that the hotel is some way from the harbour, but saying that, Orchard MTR is only a five minute walk.
If we were to go back to Singapore it would be high on the list of where to stay.
